we are bound by law to point out to you the following concerning your order:
- Right of rescissian: There is no right of rescissian (§312 d Abs.4 Nr.1 BGB), because the data are not eligible for restitution. In case of a transmission error of the data, the customer has the possibility to receive the titel(s) without extra costs.
- Right of use of the acquired MP3 files:
All offered content is copyrighted or otherwise protected. The customer expressly acknowledges the existence of these rights.
The customer acquires through the purchase the single, non transferable right, to use the data exclusively for personal and private use. The filing of the acquired MP3 titles in public data networks, as well as the disclosure to third parties by the customer is prohibited.
- Lawful terms: The customer is obliged to respect the lawful terms, especially those of the copyright act, of the acquired MP3 titles.
- Any disputes will be subject to the sole jurisdication of the competent court in Nürnberg in the Federal Republic Of Germany
